clankers have no Soul, no spark of God, no Zest, no Thoughts, no Anima, no Ambition, no Will, and are part of The Machine's demonic shapeshifting. GenAI is the latest attempt by The Machine to extract all that you are from you in exchange for endless and indiscriminate growth.
You WILL not use clankers, you WILL not fall in love with clankers, you WILL use that head of yours to actually do things, and you WILL badmouth The Machine in any way you can, and most importantly, you WILL not kill yourself.
people like to point out the environmental costs, or the copyright issues (LMAO COPYRIGHT), or the fact that it produces low quality work and hallucinates. let me be clear, if all of these things were fixed tomorrow, I still would want you to hate clankers, it is garbage to the core.

Always remember that the stuff that comes out of corporations is very much made in the same way as clankers make their "art", and it's the main reason why corporations are so okay with causing this nightmare in the first place. To them, they're just doing what they've always done but more efficient: slop from The Machine is an amalgamation of the ideas of several human minds (sometimes hundreds of human minds), emulsified, liquefied, strained and ultimately inexorably joined in an unholy Content obelisk. Love had no hand in the creation of this monolith.
first of all, Copyright is an indirect tool to control speech and is the second worst thing to happen to art, behind generative AI. (I once thought it was the worst thing to happen to art). Copyright has never been useful to the people, it is only a tool that governments and corporations use to bludgeon us and each other. there is no reason to advocate for Copyright, and there should be no effort to reform Copyright, abolishing it is the only way to go.
If you intend to use Copyright to limit clankers from generating their slop, I think it's a bad idea and will probably just increase the bludgeoning power that companies have against normal people; I invite you to think like a lawyer when it comes to remixes and fanarts of your favourite works of art, and to think about the age and tech literacy of the people who interpret the law.
I use things like CC BY-SA 4.0 more as a way to signal to people what I want, but I am under no assumption that any of this will actually protect me in a tangible way. it's a suggestion at most.
The original purpose of Copyright was to limit the distribution of books that spook poorly of the King, it's a tool to control speech. That should be all you need to know.
